Looking for a black OEM leather gear shift gaitor and gear shift knob (don't care condition of knob, i have sourced a new OEM replacement). Leather gaitor needs to be in good condition. I have some beetle gear shift and gaitor currently on the car that does not fit and wobbles around. Yes, I am in the united states and I can't source this anywhere I look. I will pay for shipping, that is not an issue. Much appreciated.

I have a 93 Corrado with a black interior. The Previous Owner had the side carpet cut up from stereo install. IT MUST BE FROM A 93. I already sourced one from a 92 and it is a different carpet pattern/twill and shade. It needs to be identical to this unit and in great condition and without any cuts/stains: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CORRADO-DRIVER-SIDE-LEFT-HATCH-CARPET-/111772109272?nma=true&si=u69IjkMlIgWL7GWJBu8R4%252BT0GpY%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 I bought that ebay unit and it got lost in shipping, and he shipped me another 92 that he had in stock - so now I have 2 92 side carpets Yes - I am from the United States and will pay for international shipping. I have had no luck sourcing it stateside. Please help a fellow mate out.

After 8 hours of frustration and a wife questioning why I did not just buy a new car; found the problem. A week earlier I had managed to fix all my other electrical issues and re-installed the fuse box in its locked position. Afterwards I started the car to verify functionality. Turns out that one of the 12 gauge red wires, I think where the 40 amp fuse is, was at a 90% angle and was not making contact.

As title states, I have done a lot of reading and spent the entire day fiddling with the car. Car lights up, ABS/Fuel pump, etc engage but car does not crank Have had a good battery attached to the car Rigged the vehicle to bypass the ignition switch by hot shoting the car, with negative results. Eliminates ignition switch http://www.corrado-club.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4687 Pulled the positive lead to the starter solenoid and put on a multimeter, which did not elicit a reading when key turned. Rules out starter/solenoid. All relays appear to be seated, all fuses appear to be in functional condition. What am I missing. Why is the starter not getting power? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
