Is the space in the trunk for a space saver wheel or a regular tire (I guess that's what I'm asking) if it's space saver wheel, how would go about getting one; if it's a regular tire, what size?

I am in need of a spare for my 93 VR6. What size spare tire fits on the Corrado? Will a tire from a Passat or a Jetta work, or do I need a another size tire?
