  1. Sounds like mine was stuck on stage 2. Replaced the sensor now working as it should 👍
  2. New sensor fitted and all good so far. Didn't have a 29mm deep socket but managed with a spanner. Thanks for the help Phil
  3. Have ordered a sensor. Found a bit of water and corrosion in the sensor and connector. connector looks good so hopefully the sensor will fix it. Thanks for the information and will let you know when I have fitted it. Phil
  4. Hi si Thanks for the advice, will check them when I get home from work tomorrow and let you know what I find.:thumbleft: Phil
  5. Hi Have a 2.0 16v and found my battery flat. Charged it back up and now found the coolant/engine fan running on its own. Started it tonight to check and runs fine, turned off and was giving it a clean and after about 40 minutes the fans started( Engine cold only run for about 2 minutes) on full speed and would not go off. Had to disconnect the fan to get it to stop. Guess this was why the battery was flat!! Anyone had a similar problem? cheers
  6. Thanks vee dubbed Will let you know Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  7. Hi everyone sorry my first post is for advice. Have just purchased my first corrado 2.0 16v and all was good till Friday night! Took it for a drive and was all good doing about 65/70 and pulled off onto the slip road and the car cut out and would not restart. Got recovered home and have checked it on Saturday. Have good fuel supply Checked compressions, all good Checked for spark looks a very week spark. Checked codes and have got a hall sensor 00515 fault open circuit fault present. Have checked and believe that this is the sensor in the distributor, would this cause it not to start/weak spark? Thought I would check if anyone has had a similar problem? Thanks
