Many thanks peeps, As this ECU is being used in a MK1 Golf GTi would I be right in thinking that I only need to connect the blk/wht to a 12v source (permanent or ignition?) and the blk/yel to the throttle switch; as the existing fuel pump is already controlled seperatly and the grn/wht is imaterial? Thanks again

I'm still trying to find out what these wires are for!

Just a quick one; Can anyone identify the 3rd plug that is on one end of the engine loom for a '92 Corrado 1.8; the other two plugs being the ECU and the Ignition module. The engine is in a Golf mk1 and came from an accident damaged coupe. The wires are, in order: Green/White stripe Black/White stripe Red/Yellow stripe Black/Yellow stripe Thanks guys
