  1. Afternoon all, So my 53i or l whatever it is lol is running a little lumpy as it warms up, it cut out and couldn't be restarted easily, the revs have a tendency to hang, on occasion, a facebook group member suggested a throttle body clean, I've not had a chance yet, read the fault codes ended up with g45 00285 abs sensor can't clear that so assuming its a hard latch, g19 00552 potentiometer for air flow and intake air temp g42 00525, I've managed to clear these codes but the car was starting get a bit cough spluttery had only been running maybe 5 mins, any experts out there? or has anyone seen this before, don't want to aimless change parts. Cleaned out the idle control valve seems fine to me. Thanks all!
  2. Ok mate pictures follow, whats a TB? happy to look stupid, oh throttle body yea?
  3. Ive taken the isv off and cleaned it out, wasn't dirty inside so could just be age related? Had it running rough before but that was because id disconnected the maf and obviously it didn't know what was going on, plugged it back in and smoothed out not sure tbh, was holding a little earlier on, like rev to 2k it dropped when off then went back up held slightly before it came back down
  4. ISV sounds good when i come of the accelerator it drops and then on the odd occasion it goes back up without me touching the pedal, when i guve it the gas it seems like its spluttering a little
  5. Evening all, happy new year for tomorrow! Can't post in technical for some reason? My corrado is idling slightly rough, its not consistent, it sort or pulses slightly, no change in rpm just sounds a little lumpy, any ideas? Common faults? Freshish fuel, plugs look good, new rotor arm, so thing fuel pump or injectors tbh, might fire some injector cleaner in the tank Thanks guys
  6. Nailed it mate, works perfectly now Thanks
  7. Thanks mate ill definitely have a check of that 👍
  8. Evening all, brand new here so sorry if this has been done to death, changed my blower motor for a new one as the old one was howling a little, new one from car parts for less only works on speed 2 and up, speed one does not work, ive not fault found it in any way yet as the nights are drawing in and the cars not in my garage, anyone experienced this before? Old one worked on all four speeds but howled, thanks in advance!
