Just a little fun before the return in a bad reality: After a few month of real pleasure, my motor problems gave that : So I have to restart all, but this time we will do all from the beginning to the end, which mean a 0 km motor!!! Here is the driving block we are going to use because the last one is dead : The pistons : After a good cleaning : The old rod bearing (I-m not sure you say like that in english, in French it’s « coussinets de bielle).... That looking better like that : The joints : The oil pump... Let’s polish a little while my friends are working... The sump... Just a little outline (there is nothing in it !!!) And let’s go for a serious work : Life is starting to be good again... The valves : Grinding of valves : The cylender head: Cylender head screws : The Schrick camshaft : So let’s put the old motor away : Now we have to make the complete electrical loom (I will send you picture)… Hoping we will not burn it before !!!! :twisted:

I'm the Customer's department assistant and my President agree to let me repair my corrado there... Pretty good place and all the tools are here... :D A real pleasure... Thank you every body...I'm happy you like it... We are Friday : We prepare my Corrado for another motor.. I made a cylinder head gasket, so I bought another motor not expansive. That will give me time to reflect if I make a 16S cylinder head SAVE OUR CORRADO : My new motor with my 16s gear box : It s not beautifull but the motor stay 1 year in a garden : It s ready for change : A little fun : Ready, let s go : A little cleaning : We change the most important, water pump, distribution belt and compressor revision : A little clean for eyes plaisure: And we reassembly : Sunday, 2h of the morning : it s finish Victory !!! I love it !!! Thanks a lot my friends !!!!

Hello, Excuse for my bad english but I'm leaving in France. For the little history, please find here after my first Corrado.... I bought it in january 2005...after an accident at 140Km/h...it's hard... Very hard...it was missing 30 cm of rims and... the drive shaft was tearing off from the gear box... But I wanted her and luckly, I have some good friends to help me. I buy another green corrado with a death supercharger to have some spare parts and we give a second life to my Red corrado. Poor supercharger... They have done all that in a WEEK END... Look at that : Life is beautiful no !!!! Thank you very much my friends...
