hey guys it appears that i am an idiot... i went out to double check and i do have those seals... but as rarak69 said they arent noticable as i didnt even know they were there!

so i have tried the search and havent had any luck with this specifically yet... my dash lights have gone out and it is because the fuse is blown, however every time i put a new fuse in it blows again... anyone have any clue what could be causing this? any help is appreciated.
