yeah i suppose higher in the 2K. it will have the dent in door sorted. plus i forgot to say that it had smoked rear lights (M3 style ones) and single wiper conversion. chips aren't huge there are just a fair few of them which is annoying as fook. am not gonna bother painting bonnet and bumper just to sell it. other then the chips it is all in good condition. ohh and the steering wheel is a momo chav wheel (i didn't fit it). thanks for all the feed back guys - appreciate it.

hey need some help as to the price i should put my rado up for sale. No photos a moment as i am having camera issues. Description: 92 VR6 141k on the clock. engine is perfect. Green (but not dragon green - an odd colour green) all electrics work fine. Cloth interior. still has that medi kit in rear bench. no burns/tears etc. Lots of service history. since i have owned it - all carried out at VW /audi specialist. spent £800 on serving and replacing parts alone in 5 months. MOT till Sept 07. 16'' by 9'' Borbet As - lots of tread left. Supersport coilovers uprated front discs and pads. Badgeless Grill. Bad points: Lots of stone chips to paint on front bumper and bonnet. There is a dent in the drivers door about the size of a post-it note. need to sell as have been convinced by misses that it is time to buy house and need the cash. any help with a ball park figure to put it up for would be greatly appreciated - there is no conersion on the trader with people using random pricing on their VRs. cheers Chris

Hi this may have been answered before but i couldn't find it in the search. my heater controls have issues: 1) the backing lights have died. a garage said i need a whole new unit to fix this - this can't be true can it? 2) the is a screeching sound from the fan when on setting 1 and 2 - do i need a new fan? 3) Speed 3 does not seem to work at all. what could this be? 4) can see small sparks when i change speeds sometimes - normal? excuse my naivity but am not very swtiched on to mechanics yet but am willing to learn. any help would be greatly apprciated.

VW do sell these parts - they come in 3 parts. i had my mate at dubusiness check it last time the rado was in. £51 for the pieces. Alternatively SWG now do a smooth all in one scuttle panel for about 80 notes - looks prettty good but expensive if your engine bay isn't tidy like mine.

Hey I am also embarking on refitting the interior to mine. Have only recently acquired my rado but loving my first VR. The a previous owner had a go at fitting some ICE etc and just broke lots of trim and door card screws so there is loads of rattling and its driving me a little crazy. I am also missing a few screws etc - especially around the rear door cards - can i get them form VAG? also the screws under neath the driving column are missing and not sure what size they should be. Also, the part of the dash around the steering wheel column (not sure what its called) is broken form the muppet changing the steering wheel - does anyone know where i can pick up that part? excuse the long mail. cheers
