its 1.8 16v with 124,000 miles.

is this the rings??? or will i be lucky and just have the valve seals to replace? the smoke appears on hard acceleration but is clear at idle and normal driving. i need to sort this fast as have some high mileage to cover in about 6 weeks. thanks for help in advance.

mine hadnt worked for years. sprayed loads of wd40 into motor and no probs since((3mths later) :D
