i meaned the throttle body! my questions are answered, very thanks! i only remove the tube and its ok :)
-
please, reply me theser two questions.... because i dont understand one thing,, if y remove all the recircle pipe, what i do with the hole that remains in the admision?? because if it sucks air and no one filter is in it, it can crash the admision...
-
two rapid questions: - if i remove it completely, how i close the hole in de admision?? - it the exit of hot air is closed... it can not "explode" for overpressure?? this recirculation also catch air... if it is closed, it cath very less air....

yes, you are correct. i have a front mount intercooler from golf rally . i am reading the presure with a T in the tube that goes from FPR to the motor. now its ok my setup? can i damage the motor? cand someone post photos of this setup? because the the doubt that i have was that the admission, has a tube that leaves by down , when throwing of the cable of the accelerator it also open, then aside from trhow air it also absorbs, and if it does without pressure, i think that the car runs worse ...

hello, i am a user of a corrado g60 from spain, and i tryed to made my self the twin intake kit for my car... i upgraded it, adding a conduct from de oil gas in the top of the motor to the second filter in the compressor, to conserve it when removing the re-circulation of the air. but i have a doubt,, what do you do with the tube of the recirculation of the air (the tube that expulses the hot air recirculated) ? because i dont find any photo of the setup that shows this tube, i putted in it a thirt filter.... here a image... is this correct? or what i have to do with this tube? i have a problem of overpressure, with a 68mm pulley my rado shows 1,4 bar of pressure at 5500 rpm.... a lot!! and really it runs = that a stock g60. too presure for the car! sorry for the aspect, it is temporal xD any idea? thanks in advance

i only tryed it , now it has the chip.can be the fuel bomb?
-
thanks, i will try
-
mmm what is the hall sender? or where is it? i dont understant... if you can post a photo or something...
-
i have removed all , include the chip and now i have the oem,, only the 68mm pulley remains , and the problems arent gone... at one moment it runs fine, when i push the accelerator to the bottom, it dies, then it runs fine, then it dies.... it is aleatory! the problem has to be in a sensor of the car... the copot is ok... i have it at 500 ohm, tried 400 ohm and nothing happens... the thing thant i dont understant is it only fails running,, stopped it accelerates ok to the rev limit... i need help desesperatly... :(

and if that dont work?

i need help because i am completely lost... I recently buyed a corrado g60 and i was preparing it. When i buyed it , it was in a good state, but i made a complete tuneup.spark plugs cables beru, spark plugs of platinum, new distribution, new oil bomb pressure, new filter of air, silicon conducts, suppressing of catalyst and the G reconstructed. i tryed it and it runs very good. next stage : frontal intercooler. when finish, y tryed it and it runs good! Then the pulley of 68mm and corresponding chip. Then a regulator of pressure of 3,5, bar, redirected the ISV to the Intercooler for not lose pressure and finally place in the same pipe of the intercooler a dump valve. when tryed it, accelerating in emptiness it runs good, but when i go in a trip, accelerating slow it revs with less or more pull, but when i go full pedal , the motor begins To suffocate , then a new pull to he 4000 rpm , then a new suffocate... and if i go full pedal in 2º march at 2000 rpm , it begins to accelerate and There comes a moment that it does not accelerate more, it suffocates.... is through the fault of the regulator of pressure of petrol? i Only have half a bar of difference .... injectors? Those of serie last even 200cv, and the chip + pulley is a kit of 190cv ... please, help!! sorry for mi english

i had the same problem, and after replacing the 2 presure sensors, the problem was the oil bomb , i replaced it and it runs fine
-
thanks for the info, i tried the top sensor and it = fails,, now i will try the second sensor ;)

hello, i have a problem with the corrado g60. when i bought it, it has a problem with the oil light , random it begins to iluminate and make sound, but the car runs fine. it begins to sound at any oil temperature, is was totally random. the first problem was that it had an oil 5 50 , to much for the engine,, the mechanic changed it to a 5 40 and it runs very well at low temps, but when it gets hot (100º) it returns to blink and make sound . my mechanic has changed the up and down meters of the oil in the engine but the problem dont dissapear... some advice? (excuse my poor english ;) ) thanks
