  1. Ideally just need the fronts in any colour/cloth or leather and must have the subframes and again ideally the loom if they are electric. I may consider a complete interior so please PM me if you have anything of interest as I don't get on here much these days. Many Thanks
  2. Needing some help regarding which exhausts fit which models. I have a 2.0 16v on a K plate 1992 and the exhaust is blowing and have been offered one off of a G60. Will it fit as a straight fit? or is there any difference? Any help much appreciated Thanks
  3. bristolbaron - I almost believed you! LOL The paintwork was completely original, it had some imperfections but really it was about as good as a H plate gets! very good condition, the only rust was a scab on the rear arch and a slight bubble on the front arch.
  4. ...Dk burgundy - H plate 16v? As pictured below, I sold it to a chap off this forum from West mids. The Reg plate read HxxxFPV (obviously the x's disguising the numbers) Reason I ask? I have always regretted selling the car as there was nothing wrong with it and at the time I got desperate for the money and sold it for a bargain price and really shouldn't have!
  5. with reference to the amount it has been dropped - I didn't pay particular notice to the exact amount - next time the wheels are off I'll take a look. There is plenty more to be wound down but the way it sits is fine with me as long as the arch rolling (rear) gets the rubbing sorted then I'll leave it Failing that the rear will be raised a slightly
  6. Thanks for the comments all. Yandards - i'm not too worried about the performance aspects of the 16v to be quite honest as this is my 2nd car - daily runner. My other car is more performance focussed. My E46 BMW 330ci Clubsport Supercharged:
  7. herisites - Thanks for that mate, I will give the arch rolling a go Does anyone know of a reputable place I can get this done near Herts/North London....I am willing to travle to West london too.
  8. After a sunday afternoon spent fitting some FK highsports and putting on some 9x16 Brock B1's to my 16v.....i am getting some serious rubbing on the rears. I wasn't expecting it to be a completely trouble free job, but other than raising the rear....what are my options? As far as I can see there are 2 options: 1. getting arches rolled - will this be enough? 2. Get the arches pulled (this is new territory for me) On previous cars I have owned I have had simple arch rolling carried out but arch pulling is something that I am not familiar with - i understand what it is but can anyone suggest where I can get this done and how much I should expect to pay? I am based near Watford, Herts - so somewhere not too far would be ideal. Any one reccommend a place or advise as to which would be a better option? Many Thanks in advance Before: After:
  9. Thats a shame - it was the backbox that was being offered. My 16v has a noisy powerfow on it - bit louder than what I am used to so looking to replace with a sebring/remus/supersprint if anyone has one for sale or knows of any. Thanks for the quick response
  10. Hi All, I'm a newbie to this forum - what a great source of knowledge and inspiration! I have just picked up my first dub - a 1991 H plate Corrado 16v. So my first call for some help, can anyone tell me if a Golf GTi 16v exhaust will fit straight onto a Corrado with the same engine? or is one of the few parts that isn't the same from a Golf to a corrado? Many Thanks
