  1. Howdy folks - Been drilling through the threads and searching for motor+mount threads but have developed a headache from it all. Hopefully my boneheaded question can be answered quickly. There are what, three mounts total, one in the front [aka: the flying saucer], one on the right [somewhere, apparently], and the transmission mount near the left wheel. My VW garage replaced the front one when suddenly one day it felt like the motor totally laid down on the subframe, but he didn't want to involve himself in also replacing the transmission mount - guess it scared him. His front mount replacement fixed about 40% of the vibration, but I want it back to 100% vibration free and yes I want liquid mounts so don't judge me. ;) I drive sometimes hundreds of miles in one direction each day and don't autocross it so poly mounts aren't necessary and comfort is. Since he wouldn't touch the transmission mount, I looked at it and decided it was a job for the dealership. They replaced it, and I got maybe 5% less vibration from that. GRRRR. Looking online at CorradoParts.com and such, I see there's a right mount that neither my VW garage nor the VW dealership mentioned when I told them I've still got hellatious vibration. Is this thing a beast to swap out? Looks like it has 5 bolt holes on it. Any suggestions? Couldn't find a sticky but maybe someone knows of an old thread hopefully with pics that explains how it's accomplished. Here's the part, which I haven't crawled under the Corrado to look for yet but I recall when it was on the lift at the garage that one on the right didn't jump out at me. At all. http://www.corradoparts.com/Mounts-VW_Motor_Mount_Right_Hydraulic_FREE_USA_SHIPPI.html Thanks in advance to all of ya. Dan
