  1. found the problem :( crank pully and fly wheel timing marks not lineing up crank shaft pully key way has collapesed and the pully moving back and to causeing it to line up then retard the cams by about three teeth. how was it still running and not bend valves? :scratch: lol
  2. Help? i have a 1.8 16v rado on k-jet that has gone completely flat, it wont rev from cold( and i mean it will not go above 1000rpm), when its warm its not much better, jumpy wilst driving steady, back fire from the exhaust from time to time. less than 15mpg i have replaced the fuel filter, fuel distributor, 5th injector, thermo time switch, all temp sensors, ecu, coil and module. i've checked the cam timing and for air leaks , adjusted the ign timing and adjusted the CO to 2% im thinking ist to do with fuel pressure? can anyone help. please? :confused4:
