From what I can see the top (hump) of the deck hits the cage and it won’t go in , I will post pictures, that might help and push the tabs in see if that helps . Thank you for your input

It goes in but not all the way , it sticks out about 2-3 inches . The wiring is not the issue, you might be right cage might have been modified , unfortunately I am unable to push the unit all the way in.

Hi everyone, I have got a 1994 VW Corrado looking to acquire an OEM radio deck. I purchased the Gamma IV deck and it does not fit . Not sure if the 1995 Model has a different slot than the 1994 , would I be better off to get the Gamma 3 instead? any help would be appreciated
