    MFA Oil Issues!

    Mine does the same thing. Have you found the source of our woes yet?
  2. what was the answer? I have some similar stuff going on. I'm gona' try filling from the top hose like suggested above (tomorrow) and see if there is any air in there. Guage doesn't go up but just a very little, but oil will get hot. original problem started when I drove with the rad cap lose (oops!). I saw the oil (not the water) get hot and when I pulled over it was blowing steam. Maybe I got air in there when I quickly added water/coolant? Guage won't hit normal anymore but oil gets hot too easily now. Am I on the right track?
  3. I've been on the web for about 3 days now. He warned me that Corrados were a verifiable cult!, quite addictive. I can't believe all of the resources I've found for a car I had never even heard of before. What kind of down time can I really expect for a stock engine daily driver. Like 125 miles 5 days a week? Can it be done? I'm not rich, but I can do a lot of wrenching. Will a stage 1 type chip be a good idea? Etc. etc. etc...LOL. Don ps: help...need sleep
  4. what should be the first things to go over? just bought one (1992 g60) 10G on used blower, well taken care of (needs sunroof/ac/cruise fix). Anyone know of a good shop in Los Angeles area? Thanks from a newbie, Don
