  1. Hey everyone, Anybody had indicator fuses blowing for fun? Driving home last night realized i had no indicators, check fuse blown, popped new one in and drove to work fine, stopped car locked it and went inside, had to nip out about 2 hours later fuse had blown again. Checked all other fuses ok, New fuse in again, went shopping, same again. Seems to happen went car is switched off and locked? Any ideas please? Regards Mark
  2. Cheers for the reply, When i used a bar to lever it, the mount lifted approx 5-6 inches, Good to know. Mount is delivered Monday. Anybody know how easy it is to fit front engine mount? Thanks again
  3. Hello again, I am getting a knocking from the front when accelerating. If i pull away slowly get the car moving then blip the throttle there is a knocing/thud noise same in second but not as bad then 3rd even better. Am i right in thinking this is the front engine mount, had it on axle stands and using a bar to test play in the bush, there seemed to be a hell of a lot but i have never looked at any vw engine mounts before. Appreciate any help, already have mount on its way, thought it wouldnt do any harm changing anyway. Thanks Mark
  4. Brilliant, will check in my dinner hour tomorrow. Thanks for the help Mark
  5. Hello everyone, Just got my hands on a really clean 92 vw corrado 1.8 16v, always wanted one and got a steal when this came up. Just noticed today that the heater was blowing cold when on the warm postion, checked the top hose, it was boiling but the bottom hose was just luke warm. I gave it a couple of squeezes and checked the heater it went warm again for about 5 mins, now its back to cold. where should i be looking first? the carpet mats dont appear to be wet, temp gauge sits around 80 degrees approx. Could this be the thermostat? looking forward to your replys regards Mark
