hey, i just found the site and was wondering if someone could maybe give me some info on my stuttering vr6?
-it has a low idle around 700rpm, it stutters at idle, right when i start accelerating in first, and pretty continually through the gears when accelerating like half throttle?
-it got worse after about a 2 hour drive in the rain, but may have been coincidence, had stuttered before that drive occasionally.
-also the engine light blinks when i put it down and heard that it is a signal of harming the cat??
i do have some mods and was wondering if they may play a part in the problem.
-intake
-exhaust
-cam
-chip
(also have subs in the car, would that do anything to the electronic coil???)
would be great if you could give me any info! kind of new with VW's need to know some of the perks!
