Draw backs:
*Dent in the bonnet (see pictures)
*Passenger window doesnt work (however i do have a new mechanism which is yet to be fitted)
*The car generally needs a good tidy up paint wise, (the dent in the bonnet, stonechips, paint wear on the sidesteps etc.) Although it does still polish up very well for a 21year old car!
*Knocking from lower pass side, but it has had a new wheel bearing, pads, both lower control arms with ball joints so I would presume that its a track rod end
*Missing front lower speaker grills
*No rear door cards or rear speaker shelfs
All in all the cars positive features greatly outweigh its draw backs. It is very enjoyable to drive and is capable of providing a large amount of power to the driver.
The car is still registered as a 1.8 16v on the logbook, although I found it cheaper to insure the car as a 195 bhp 20vt with Greenlight Insurance.
The car has a few minor details that need doing to it to complete, I simply dont have the time.
