got some new wheels, does anybody know any good website to get 215 40 r16 and 195 40 r16 and all the same make if that possible

i am going to heat wrap my 4-1 manifold and just wonder how much i need to do the job. and is it worth all the hastle.

when i start my car in the morning it really smells of petrol, and then it stops after about 2 miles, and it's like it's only firing on only 3 clyinders. and that stops when the car is warm.
