  1. Thanks Southie, Top pointer. This is a proper busy site and i feel it reflects just how passionate proper folk are about a proper car. Thanks. martin
  2. HI there, thanks for the tops on the water pump. My diff at the moment is that the motor for the window on the driver side clicks but no motion. Having took the panel off, the motor seems pop riveted onto the panel. Even if i could get it off, i can't see how i could get it replaced without chopping the door up. Is this a 'specialist' job like the sun roof? Has anyone got experience with this type of problem? Lots of thanks.
  3. Thanks for the tips. I put 12 volts and a gentle tap on it and it whizzed up fine. Now it's a problem with the window. If it's not one thing.... It's just another reason to love the car.
  4. Hi Dave, thanks for the help, i'll give it a go. martin
  5. Hi there, top site. I just replaced my Corrado leaky aux water pump. The thing is, now that it's back together, is there any way of testing that it's working. I've tried listening after a run but silence. I just put that down to it having a nice new pump. Any tips for a newby are much appreciated. Also my driver window motor has died and am flumoxed as to how i take it off the replace. Is the replacement a sirrocco motor? Many thanks. It is the most fun car i've ever owned.
