Need a set of bbm hard boost pipes. Would buy new but not wanting to pay for shipping/import taxes etc. Any help would be appreciated

There is 2 relays in line, would that do both lights or a relay for dipped and one for sidelights? If so are they easily replaced?

I have a 1992 g60 and its headlights have decided to stop working properly. Side lights and main beam work just dipped does not turn on. I have checked fuses and put on a new headlight switch bit still the same. It has an uprated wiring loom fitted previously. not sure where to look next?
