Hi guys Iam looking for help finding a breather hose that goes from the cam cover to the boost return pipe any help would greatly appreciated

Hi guys , newbie here , am looking for a breather hose for a g60 it's the small one from camshaft breather to boost return pipe , part number 037103493l , been to vw but they don't sell them anymore and the only suppliers I could see on the net where foreign , any help would be greatly appreciated guys Cheers Alan
