Renewal parts/Low cut fan switch/Thermo

Im going to actually start putting the pieces of my engine together soon, just waiting on some parts...

 

Just wondering if anyone recommends somewhere else other than vw to buy new gaskets, seals and other renewal parts from?

 

Also, I want a low cut fan switch and uprated thermostat. I heard Neuspeed make these? Any clues on a distributor?

 

Im up for buying stuff from the states, so if anyone has any U.S site links, that be great?

i think awesome gti are the agents for neuwspeed stuff,been looking at the thermostat my self i think the vr 0ne opens at about 70 degees cand the 4pot one at about 80,but the rest of the parts m8 i would just by oem stuff.
