boost return removed wheres the whoosh noise?

i know the answer but just wanna be sure, got the car back now and haven't broken 3k revs yet and won't till i hit 500miles, but as i'm only hitting 3k im obviously not making much boost if any, what sort of rev's do i have to hit or drive like to hear this WHOOOOSH sound when i decelerate.

put your hand under the throttle body and feel for the dumped pressure when you rev it using the trottle linkage .

 

you should hear a slight whoosh even at 3k when sharply releasing the throttle, its only really noticeable when under load though.

Give it some to 3k then off gas u should get a nice sound

yeah u get the whoosh noise when u put your foot to the floor and then quickly let off the gas... even at 3k it should have you chuckling :lol:
