Second thing that I want you to know is that recently I have moved in Italy as i got a very good job here. This is the main reason I am selling the car for so low prices. I took the car with me here with the intention to register it here and drive. That was not possible because it has UK specs and are made for UK streets, right hand drive and other features that don't allow to be registered anywhere else except UK. So right now i am seling: 2001 AUDI TT QUATTRO ROADSTER at GBP 5,000.00 225 BHP colour Blue WITH HARDTOP 14000miles Options: Air Conditioning, Alarm, AM/FM Stereo, Cassette Player, Catalytic Converter, CD Player, Power Locks, Climate Control, Convertible, Cruise Control, Handicap Accessible, Power Seats, Power Windows, Leather Seats,Power-assisted Steering (PAS), Premium Sound System, Rear Spoiler Bose sound 6 CD interchanger If you want more details don't hesitate to get back and i will reply with infos and photos. The car is in EXCELLENT condition,HPI clear and ready to be registered in UK in your name. I have all papers and logs that you will need to make the registration. I will provide bill of sale in your name to prove ownership. All keys and user manuals will be delivered. I have a connection that works for Lufthansa Airlines and I can get a great discount on shipping and so I can send it anywhere in UK for free. It has never been involved in any accidents and always stored in heated garage. Never been raced and always adult driving. So once again few important things: -excellent looking and running 2001 AUDI TT QUATTRO 225 BHP ROADSTER WITH HARDTOP at GBP 5,000.00 -shipping is free and the car will be delivered with all documents is maximum 7 days. -UK models with UK specs -HPI clear and ready to be registered -down payment accepted GBP 1,000.00 ( this means that if you want to buy it you just have to make a downpayment and I will ship it to you after the deposit is validated. To make the car-money exchange we will use eBay . Down payment is 100% refundable, meaning that if you won't like the car you will get your money back but I am sure it won't be the case as it is a state of art looking and running sport car. Get back and let me know if you are interested in more details. Thanks, Thanks for the email ***, It is very informative but still a little confused. I must say that I am very interested and have the monies available. If I can just recap, as I see it. You have bought the TT new in England in 2001 and registered it here as new. ( first Owner. ) You have now moved to Italy and have taken the car with you. The car is in Italy. Questions... Is there any VAT/ Excises to pay on the vehicle? What is the full registration? Has it been registered anywhere else? Who and where is the vehicle registered to? Who is the owner of the ebay account? Kind regards, Kieran. K-rado 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Hmmmm, call me cynical but I wonder how many potential buyers he is stringing along who will send him £1000 and then never hear from him or be able to get hold of him or their money again?............. I Have just recieved an email from ebay requestion payment and complete transaction details. Recon its a spoof? Last email from TT below The thing is that if you want to come here and wiew the ar I will have to cancel he shipping arrangements and also pay again for all fees and customs so that the car can be ready for shipping. So if you want to come here and to inspect it or if you want me to send you some papers,logs,V5 registration and other documents that are already at LUFTHANSA ,and by going there and taking them I will have to make once again all arrangements,I am requesting a GBP 500 downpayment. If you will coe here you will have to arrange your own shipping or drive it back home. So unless you want to pay more money or if you want me to cancel the arrangements that I already made and already paied for, please don't ask information tht cannot be provided at this time. Thanks

K-rado 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Gets better. This is an email from EBAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Looks like they have cloned some bodies ebay account and are having a field day! -----Original Message----- From: eBay United Kingdom Customer Support [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 01 December 2004 22:24 To: Kieran Gannon Subject: Your mail to eBay UK Customer Support (KMM108231699V39813L0KM) Hello, Thank you for contacting eBay about an E-Mail you received that appears as though it is an authentic E-Mail from eBay. We will investigate this situation immediately. Please be advised that there have been cases where people have attempted to gain access to an eBay member's personal information by sending "spoof" E-Mails. Spoof E-Mails intentionally give the false impression that they have been sent by eBay to solicit people to transmit their account information. Based on your inquiry to eBay, the E-Mail you received was likely to be a spoof. If you entered personal information such as your password, or credit card numbers into a web site based on a request from a spoofed email, you need to take immediate action to protect your identity. Musicman 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Precisely what Customs fees and VAT would be due on a car that was purchased in the UK, registered, then shipped to Italy (also a member of the EU)? None. I think. Scam QED.
