Power steering shot, how to remove?

Is the corrado steering rack the only one that will work for a corrado, will a passat VR6 1992 rack work? anything like that? and how do I get it out cause its loged up in there.

I will have a LHD rack in about 4 weeks that will be useless to me, if you post me a ticket I will fly over and drop it off free of charge!

Yeah mk3 golf is the same gti/vr only I think tho, Done mine a couple of weeks ago alot harder then we thought, removed drive shaft and took track rod end off to get it in/out, pipes are also awkward to get to.

 

That and a new radiator took me and a mate most of the day.
