changing rear engine mount on a 1.8 16v

After changing the front mount on my valver the car still seems to have some movement on take off, checked the wishbone bushes etc but can't spot anything so drove the car foward with the engoine open and noticed the engine drops back a fair bit. So after taking of the inlet manifold i can see that there is an arm that bolts to the rear of the block onto the rear engine mount and three bolts that bolt from the top of the enine mount to the engine mount bracket, but what holds the mount to the sub frame?

Any ideas or tips on how to chnage it woul be much appreciated was going to get a bugpack one but don't want any increase in vibrations, is the mk2 golf diesel one a direct fit and any more stiffer?

If you look under the subframe, you will see two bolts screwed upwards through the subframe turret and into the engine mounting metal shell. The inner (short) bolt is just behind the balance weight (lump of iron bolted to the front of the subframe), the outer (long) bolt you can undo via a hole in the wishbone (if using a socket and extension). Or you can just use a spanner. Can't remember exactly, but either 17 or 19mm.

If you undo the 4x13mm bolts holding the bracket to the engine, you can then lift the mounting up out the subframe turret and remove the mtg and bracket together, either up behind the engine as you have the manifold off, or you can twist it around and it will come out over the drive-shaft and down behind the engine. Slightly fiddly but it does go.
