getting a sprinter intercooler.... how do i fit it any tips?

hey everyone, just a few questions;

 

the sprinter intercooler pipework is 65mm but i think my bahn brenner will be only 60mm??? is that rite??

 

what problems will i encounter?

 

what do i do about pipework to the new intercooler???

 

where is the best cheapest place to get or have the piping made??

yes mate, my stage 4 blew on the way to gti fest because a friend put a sneaky bit of insulation tape around the induction kit 2 supercharger hose. i was going to get another g60 but i have always loved the noise of the bbm.

 

look in google for the bahn bremmer web site but i think it is http://www.bahnbrenner.com ... simple!!!

i paid about £1450,

inc. everything, even a 200 dollar shipping charge :shock:

 

there is also a bloke called mike who lives in england who may have been able to get me one cheaper if i had waiteed.

john betz is the MD afaik

 

samg60 on here or welshg60 on dubforce has had a bit of experience with these if you want some info

well the bbm is on sail at the mo and i think ppl dont realise the price once you convert to gbp from dollars.

 

:oops: sorry i feel stupid but what does "MD afaik " mean? and how do i get in contact with samg60 etc???
