Hello this is my first time on the forum i have got a 1.8 16v corrado its my project at the mo love all th vw range. Any way having trouble with the radiator fan switch they keep shorting out. I have had two in six months its got a high millage but been well looked after any help would be great cheers.

Thaks mate had the corrado for three years now never had as mutch fun on the road spent a fortune on polly bushes and coilovers all woth it though

Do you mean the thermoswitch?? - the one on the rad itself...

Hi yes thats the one mate and its just shorted out again only been fitted one or two weeks any idea??

Where did you get it from?? I'd take it back but check the wiring first....

HI the wires had come loose so its working again.

i have just given it a big service and its not getting hot any more oil temp is staying between 98 and 100 when takeing it steady when stood in traffic it gets to 102-104 then cools down when get going again does that seem ok??
