Draining Coolant.....

Hi guys,

 

I know it's a stupid question, but can anyone shed some light on how to drain the coolant from my VR6?? I'm replacing the heater matrix on saturday, so there may well not be much left in the system after all that steam, but worth doing anyway.

 

Also, anyone know roughly how much G12+ I'll be needing to re-fill ?
