building a 16v g60

HI,

 

i have got a corrado 16v and was thinking about building myself a 16v g60,

this is the plan that i ve got so far, but if anybody had any advise or think of anythink i have forgotten then please let me know

 

i was going to try and get hold of a complete g60 engine,

buy the pulleys brackets for the 16v from bahnbrenner.

use a g60 intercooler,

run the engine on the g60 ecu and wiring.

lower the compression of the engine initally using a thick copper head gasket from bahnbrenner,

homefully then run the engine on a large pulley running low boost and if it all works well,

start building myself a low compression bottom end so i can eventually run higher boost levels.

i was unsure about what inlet manifold to use i know that a scirroco one can be used but i would like to use a 20vt style one, i heard that a audi s2 one can be modified to fit?

 

any help on this would be greatfull

Dont know much about 16vg60s but I know with a normal g60, the intercooler needs to be changed for a bigger one if you wanna go past the 200bhp mark
