Lowered suspension and Brake bias valve

I know it was a hot topic a while ago but with all this talk of lowering our cars it might be a good time to remember to adjust the rear brake bias valves before everybody screames that their rear wheels are locking under heavy breaking!! I did a search but could not find a conclusive answer on exactly how to set it. Should it be just about to open as the car sits unladen?

RW1 (I pretty sure) posted how this should be set up. Needs pressure measuring equipment so not quite average diy task. Can't remember the tread title but you could always try a pm
