Rad replacement on a 16v

Is this a job for an amateur of best left to a garage? I'm not a complete idiot so if its not too complicated could do it.

 

Are there any fitting guides? Done a search but didn't come up with anything.

easy! remove fan cowling 1st,then undo 2 10mm bolts on slam panel,undo pipes and it should tilt back enough to undo the plastic ducts either side?

Then it should just lift out

yeh its easy like flusted say about 30 40 mins
