SPADGE-g60-sideways 0 Posted June 25, 2006 Hello Just changed my water temp sender Black one and thermostat (didnt go well thank god for easy outs sheared off bolt) :oops: now have temp reading of 90-95 with normal driving 100 - 110 when goeing faster than is sensible :twisted: oil temp 100 ish normal upto 110 even 120 when going hard is this normal before above changes temp nearly always 80 ish oil temp abt same any ideas or is this normal?? g60 jabba s4 65mm pully sns chip longlife decat and k&n modded box Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

SPADGE-g60-sideways 0 Posted June 26, 2006 tks not 100 % sure about thermostat or fan sensor gonna buy another thermostat from vag specialist garage - one i got from parts supplier didnt look as good quality as the old one i took out. im pretty sure this is where the prob is fan sensor renewed abt 9 mths ago - fan coming on jhust not as soon as i think it should Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
