waynos 0 Posted November 19, 2006 my central locking pump acts strange sometimes. both doors and the boot lock as they should. somtimes though the pump runs on for like thirty seconds or more, this is when locking and unlocking.there are no leaks in the system as ive checked that over. is the pump on its way out? im also still having mysterious battery drain problems and was wondering if this could be the cause? if it was the pump can i use a pump of a mk2 or mk3 golf?
