CazzaVR 0 Posted February 7, 2007 Just read the superb Wiki guide on replacing this- think I'll give it a go as a precaution :) Where do I get the following bits from? M8x50x1.25 pitch bolt Replacement NSK bearing part no. 6203-2RS1 (available from BSL for £6.70inc VAT) Where is BSL? Cheers! :)
Supercharged 2 Posted February 7, 2007 It's an M8 x 80 you need ideally and thats standard M8 thread pitch... You can get the bolt from B&Q but try and get one with 8.8 written on it so you know it's a decent tensile strength - last thing you want is it snapping in the unit! JUst look for a bearing supplier in the phone book - check prices tho as some place in ipswich charged me nearly twice the above for one!

CazzaVR 0 Posted February 12, 2007 Found loads on Ebay- a lot of them are really cheap- 80p! Don't think I'd trust one of those! There are some NSK ones, but they only come in sets of 5 for £25.40 + p&p. Anyone else want one if I get them? £6 delivered?
