Concept-e 0 Posted March 15, 2007 Hey, Trying to change the relay for the fan switch (radiator cooling fan) and i can't quite work out which one it is. 2_Door_fun 0 Posted March 15, 2007 Whats your car? 16v, vr6, g60? my 91 g60 has no relays for the rad fan. Just orks on a electrical feed to the temp switch located in the rad. Not that it works had to wire the fan to a dash ounted switch. I replaced the sensor 3 times, Same in my old g60 must be a failure somewhere but I could never find it. Some later cars have a couple of relays mounted near the water expansion tank. The only relay you may have will be for the engine off 'run on' fan control. Cools the engine bay when still hot.
