yalan 0 Posted March 26, 2007 Hi. Can anyone identify what will be struggling as a result of this disconnected wire? Supercharged 2 Posted March 26, 2007 Depends what wire it is - if the ECU thinks it's disconnected then it will revert to a fixed value or rely on another sensor... Best way to fix is to get a yellow repair wire from VW which comes pre-terminated then solder / heatshrink to rest of loom... the difficult bit is getting the old wire out the plug!
