different wheels, suspension, rubbing issues

Hey mods

 

Having been thinking about new rims on and off for about two years there is always the issues of rubbing with different sizes and tyres and suspension setups etc and i always end up backing out

 

Could it be worth having some sticky threads for each type i.e. 16 inch rims thread, 17 inch thread, so people can let us know what they have width, offsets, coillies etc and what they have had to do to combat any issues.

 

Its seems when you ring the various dealers they will tell you all will be fine but ultimatley often aren't as genned up with c's as most people on this site.

 

It would certainly help me right now....especially as numbers dont seem to work in the search facility
