16" bbs wheels ( will these fit my corrado)

i have a rado vr6

i have seen a set of 16" bbs alloys off a golf, they are 6.5 x 16 " ( 42 off set) will they fit?

what size tyres would i need ?

Would say 6.5 wide is just too skinny on the Corrado personally. I used to run some 7.0 wide 16" on my last Corrado and felt they looked a little too skinny then! Try and find some wider IMHO.

I've a set of 6.5x 16 inch BBS RX2's on my Storm and even with 215's on they do indeed look too skinny

gotta agree 6.5 is just too thin, 7 looks factory in my eyes (i do need glases!) mine's pretty low on 16x7 bbs's and its so where near the arches but judging by herisites tires recently, i'll stick with skinny 7's... Robs looks cool though so its all good! lol
