stopping electric windows from clunking!

I am sure I have read somewhere but cant find the info, that there is a way to stop the electric windows from 'clunking' when they reach the bottom of the door. Anyone know what to do? I have the door cards off at the mo in preparation for new speakers and so can have a go at sorting them.

It's not really a problem but if they should be silent then I will make them silent again!
