changing front engine mount on the G, what to do??

i need to put a new front engine mount on the G this weekend, and looking at it, it dunt look as easy as my old mk2 golf 16v. Looks very tight to get too, will i have to remove most of the front end to change the mount.?

i changed the front mount on mine and i also changed 1 on my golf 16v when i had one and they not to bad to change,u should nt need to take anyy front end off just undo the bolts and jack the engine up untill u can lift and slide the mount out and put the new one in then lower the jack down slowly making sure it locates on the locating pin
