Difference between front and rear ABS Sensors?

VAG-COM says my left rear ABS sensor is duff. I haven't had a look yet but if I need a new sensor I notice rear sensors are £30 more than fronts.

 

Does anyone know the difference between front and rear sensors? Is the only difference the length of the wire?

 

In which case I could just buy a front sensor and extend the loom?

 

Has anyone actually seen both togther that can give an answer?

Rear sensors come with loom attached, if you look at the price of the looms for the fronts you'll see they are more expensive...

The loom can easily be extended using the old loom some heatshrink and solder.
