No Gauges working after engine conversion

I have done a vr6 conversion to a 16v corrado, im 90% done except that the fuel gauge, temp gauge and speedo dont work, have I wired up something incorrectly or is there something im missing that obviouse, ie something not plugged in at the fusebox?

 

Im using the 2.9 loom and instrument cluster

 

Any ideas welcome
