g60_Russ 0 Posted November 18, 2003 On my way to work this morning (5 minutes into my journey) I was comming torwards a junction at about 15mph & slowing down, when the ABS light flickered then stayed on and the stereo cut out. :crazyeyes: I came to a stop and yanked up the handbrake, took my foot of the brake and the ABS light stayed on and the stereo was turning itself off-on-off-on. It continued to do this for another couple of minutes on a slow moving road, then the light went out, the stereo came back on and it was fine after that. Any ideas what could have caused this? pauljs17 0 Posted November 19, 2003 I had a similar problem, my ABS light would come on and the stereo would turn itself on and off randomly. Turned out to be a faulty ignition switch. Had it replaced and haven't experienced it since. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
