Supercharger belt tensioner-dampner.

Hi all, I need a little bit of advise please.....

 

At the last stealth rolling road day my bhp figures were down due to my charger belt slipping badly (as Vince pointed out) the last time i had it changed was about 14 months ago, i now have a new one ready to put in but i was wondering whether to change the belt tensioner-dampner as well for good measure ? as it could be part of the reason it is slipping........part number 037 145 299.

I have 1 i took off my car you can have mate, did no more than 6k on it, just been sat in the garage for 3 years now so a little rusty to look at but sure it will clean up ok, will check for you if your interested.

you got the right length belt on there?

Yes it is, Darren at G-Werks did it when i had my charger rebuilt with 68mm pulley and chip.
