radio fuse blown and spoiler has started sticking?

i was driving the other day and whilst in traffic my radio turned itself off and came back on, then the fuse (22) blew.

I have also noticed that my spoiler has started to go up and down really slowly and sticks half way up or down. And if i try to put the spoiler up or down manually, it struggles and my head lights dim alot asif its draining the power really badly?

 

if i try to put a fuse in the radio one (22) with the ignition/engine off, it blows as soon as i touch the terminals with the fuse.

 

can anyone help?

The spoiler: Try to lubricate it. I have a link for it around here somewhere, I'll try and dig it up.

 

The relay: Check grounding points. That's where I would start.

are the radio and spolier connected in any way with the fuse?

They really aren't, but there is a gray wire for the spoiler that runs through the radio area that is quite often cut and spliced together with a radio wire.
