Brembo brake upgrade, what year

Im considering upgrading my front brakes to the 305mm discs and 4 pot callipers from a Seat Ibiza Cupra R, is there any particular year I should be looking for or are they all the same across the production run.

1999 to 2002 , They come of a mk3 ibiza cupra R
