off power judder

My car has always had this minor problem that when decelerating (in gears 1,2,3) it likes to judder. have to apply power or put the clutch in (when really it shouldnt be necessary at those speeds!). I know the fuel pump is on the way out but is this causing me these problems?

i think it is more mechanical related, maybe engine mounts like Steve said.

 

Mine has just started doing this... feels like clutch slip without the transmission loss to the wheels... very very odd :salute:

 

my mounts are deffo fubar though, so could well be something like that.
