vw domo 0 Posted August 10, 2008 well decided to go and get to parts from vw for greater piece of mind and 90 quid later its still making a wining sound so it must be one of the belts for the alternator of water pump. running much better now after setting all the timing up properly, just trying to sort out the high idle when cold :confused4: thanks for the input fellas, very helpful :thumbleft: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
